Rain caps are designed to prevent water (rain, snow, sleet, etc.) entering the exhaust system of an engine. They are mostly used on small trucks, stationery engines, generators and tractors. Often more cost-effective than a curved stack, they are a popular option when aesthetics are not as important!
Silent raincaps have a rubber bump stop for quiet operation. Standard zinc plated finish, however are also available in chrome plated or stainless steel - please enquire.
