Turbo boost hoses, or hot side charge air connectors (CAC), are designed to provide a connection between engine mounted charge air system components. They can handle slight misalignments between components, and the convoluted design allows for vibration absorption and flexibility.
Features:
- 4 ply silicone construction with aramid fibre reinforcement
- Stainless steel pressure retention rings to reduce swell
- -54°C to 260°C temperature range
- UV and ozone resistant
Use with spring loaded or constant torque T-bolt clamps. These clamp designs provide consistent tension and allow for fluctuations in temperature and/or pressure.
