V-Band clamps are used in several exhaust applications, most often to connect the exhaust system to the manifold or turbo, but also in modern aftertreatment devices such as SCRs and DPFs.

For any clamp to work effectively, it must provide a complete, leakproof seal. To ensure the correct clamp is provided, it is important to accurately measure the V depth, V width and Max OD (valley to valley) of the flanges.
