Yellow Wheel Nut Indicator

As the name suggests wheel nut indicators are a small pointed tag that is attached to the wheel nuts of a vehicle. They are designed to rotate with the wheel nut to help indicate whether the wheel nut or nuts become loose - as the flag shows misalignment from the other tags. As well as being a loose wheel nut indicator they are also used to indicate overheating brakes, as the wheel nuts under extreme heat will change colour.

Wheel Nut Indicators are commonly used on heavy machinery as well as light vehicles across many industries - forestry, mining, transport etc.
