Silicone Coated Hose Cover

Also known as fire sleeve, silicone coated hose cover offers superior heat protection for fuel lines, electrical cables, etc.

Fast, economical, and effective installation (slips on like a sock), it is ideal for tight fit areas.

The internal fibreglass can withstand constant temperatures of up to 530°C, and the external silicone layer can withstand a splash of 1650°C molten metal, and constant temperatures of up to 260°C.

Available with orange silicone outer coating, in various ID sizes from 12mm through to 135mm. Also available in black in some sizes (on request).

Although there is some stretch and flexibility in both the silicone and fibreglass inner sleeve, we recommend choosing the next size up from the maximum OD of the hose or pipework you are covering - e.g. If the OD of the pipework is 3" (76mm), choose the 80mm ID sleeve. 

Sold in 1.0m units. If you order more than 1.0m it will come as one length (i.e. not separate 1.0m lengths).
